JONATHAN LUTZ
Owner
Jonathan received his Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. Jonathan has worked in commercial construction since graduating and has a diverse project experience from small renovations to 35MM new construction projects in all sectors of the commercial construction industry.
Kevin Siemer
Owner
Kevin has been a part of the ownership team since 2019 and manages day to day field activities.


WHITNEY KRUMPELBECK
Controller
Whitney is a Certified Public Bookkeeper with 15 years of experience in accounting. She manages the financial operations of the company as well as payroll administration and human resources.
BLAKE GEBHARDT
Project Manager
Blake received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Thomas More University. Blake has worked in residential/commercial construction for 5+ years. Blake has managed a variety of different projects including multi family living, commercial tenant renovations, gas station renovation and much more.
